So Blizzcon has been announced and AB already has plans. Heck, we already have party central booked and ready to go. Should anyone want more info about our current plans we all communicate via facebook. If you're not on the invite list just have a word with anyone currently in AB and we'll get you an invite to the AB facebook page.

Blizzcon will be held oct 21 and 22nd at the Anaheim convention center. However AB is planning on a few extra days for guild event fun other than the con. For those of us who went last year we all know the fun we had, and can expect even more this coming year. For new comers (looks at Danere) it'll be a week you will never forget, even if you try. not that you'd want to anyway.

Oh what Disney song have we decided on? Last years drunken.. I mean... break out hit was "A whole new world."

One might first think of a something entirely different when you hear morning after, but this morning included epic kewlness. In the usual AB style those of us who were on grouped up from some gaming and instancing fun. Winning rep for cenarion expedition, and then some epic singing of lady gaga while we all did a quick couple of ToC 5 man runs.



Everyone ended on a high note as new toons got gear, and then those of us who work over night went to get some rest. *plays a lullaby* While PIE! is always a momentous occasion that promises lots of fun it's the little moments like the morning after who make AB what we really are. A friendly adventure seeking guild who puts friends first and foremost. Hip hip huzzah!

We shall all ask Danare how he was flying in the middle of Dalaran later. It boggles the mind!

More punchlines, more hits to our toons, and more batting allys around. That is what this Saturday's event held for us. Which we've fondly come to refer to as, PIE! This week not only did we do a little of icc, but ventured into VoA. For the little tree it was my first time seeing the new bosses. Thanks to the new lfg system yet again our runs are smooth and full of laughs. As proto drakes turned into potato drakes, and many a bad joke was shared. AB always has a great time when we get together.

As we play on and continue to just have loads of fun we have found that Chili still need to be stirred. Of course we have also discovered that Ulduar can cause cancer. Where was the warning label for this? O_o

Thanks to the ingenious new invention of the LFG system AB has gone further than it ever has before, and even better, we're doing it at our own pace. You won't find a raid tracker anymore. Mostly due to the fact that we track our progression in friendships made and not gear earned. That is hella more fun then virtual loots any day.



Last night we found ourselfs in the midst of ToC 10 and Ulduar. A successful night I must say. As each thing we set out to do was accomplished with achievements to boot. Ignore the tree in the corner falling asleep. Many an emblem of triumph is won when AB comes to play. Fun and fancy free is what our guild aims to be.

Well, it's hard to believe that WoW is 5 years old now. Through clever manipulation of classes, and massive overhauls and addition of content, Blizzard has begun to really be in-tune with their player-base.

I have only one thing to say to that ....



Moar friends. Moar good times adventuring together. Moar things to do and critters to kill. Moar, I tell you!

We've started getting a good amount of core folks online and playing together, and that's a good thing Folks who were burned out in WoW are coming back more frequently, due to the new LFG systems and content. Overall, I'm very optimistic about 2010!

Now that we're all settled in, let's talk about what AB is doing right, and what (if anything) you'd like us to improve in 2010.

But most of all ... it's good to see you folks for another year!
